My good friend Jen posted this yummy recipe for pumpkin cake. I thought I'd share my attempt. I substituted half and half for the milk in the frosting recipe, super yummy! How are you "supposed" to frost a bundt cake anyway? My son insisted on the gargoyles.

Oh yeah, that looks very, very yummy! I think the gargoyles added a lot to the picture.
