Oh that is a good picture to describe this too. I haven't mastered this talent of smiling even though my mind is thinking the complete opposite. You can usually tell exactly what I'm feeling by the look on my face. Any tips?... not that you would know or anything...
Then there's JD from 'Scrubs' that looks off in the distance and 'flashes' to what he really would like to say to someone, like Dr. Kelso, then come back to reality and just take it and walk off. Some day JD, some day.
